What are the auction fees?

All fees can be found in the 'Essential Information' section of each auction.

When do I have to pay my invoice?

All invoices are due within 24 hours of the auction ending. Postage payments are due within 24 hours of being issued by email.

When do I have to collect my order?

You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You have 3 days, excluding Sundays and Bank holidays, to collect. All collections must be pre-booked.

Can I have my items posted?

Can I view before bidding?

Yes, viewing is by appointment. Each auction is allotted viewing dates and times, these can be found in the 'Essential Information'section of each auction.

What if I live too far away to view?

Each lot has a contact button that can be used to ask questions about an item. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

Do you post to my location?

We ship nationwide excluding Ireland, Highlands and Islands.

Can I send my own courier?

If you wish to send your own courier, please contact us before bidding.

Are all items new?

Items are sourced from a range of places and can be in various conditions. Please ensure you read the item description for details on each lot.

Can I bring my kids when collecting?

No, children are not permitted on site for safety reasons. Customer who bring children on site may be asked to leave.

Can I combine postage on different auction invoices?

We are unable to hold items in order to combine invoice postage.
