Frequently Asked Questions

+ What are the auction fees?
  • All fees can be found in the 'Essential Information' section of each auction. This is in the top right hand corner of the auction page.
+ When do I have to pay my invoice?
  • All Invoice payments are due within 24 hours of the auction ending. Postage payments are due within 24 hours of being issued by email.
+ When do I have to collect my order?
  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. You have 3 days, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, to collect. All collections must be pre-booked.
+ Can I have my invoice posted?
  • Yes, we offer postage as an additional extra. In order to keep costs as low as possible, all orders are weighted and you will be billed separately for the postage. Prices can be found in our postage section of the website. Contact us once you have paid your auction invoice to make these arrangements.
+ Can I view before bidding?
  • Yes, viewing is by appointment. Each auction is allotted viewing dates and times, these can be found in the 'Essential Details' of each auction in the top right hand side of the auction page.
+ What if I live too far away to view?
  • Each lot has a contact button that can used to ask questions about an item. We aim to respond to all emails within 3 working days.
+ Do you post to my location?
  • We ship nationwide excluding Ireland, Highlands and Islands.
+ Can I send my own courier?
  • Yes we are happy to work with your courier providing they arrange to collect during our working hours and within the 3 day collection period.
+ Are all items new?
  • Items are sourced from a range of places and can be in various conditions. Though we try to give a brief condition report for items, this is not always possible. Viewing prior to bidding is always advised. Please ensure you have read all auction details and description prior to bidding.
+ Can I bring my kids when collecting?
  • No, children are not permitted on site for safety reasons. Customers who bring children on site may be asked to leave.
+ Can I combine postage on different auction invoices?
  • We are unable to hold items in order to combine invoice postage?
